    The hotel is conveniently located near the industrial area, making it very comfortable for business travelers. It's also just a short distance from the mall and city center. the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and our triple room was fantastic, providing a great stay.

    The venue is clean and nice size, views are nice, the location is perfectly comfortable not far from the mall and the city center. The staff are nice, offer amazing services. The room is clean and essentials you need, including a mini fridge bar, an air conditioning, and an individual safe, is right there.

    This excellent business hotel features a wide variety of comfortable and quiet rooms. the staff is friendly and welcoming. I appreciated that securing a mobility accessible room with a nice view was effortless.

    We recently stayed at a wonderful hotel that offered excellent service and facilities. the staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the rooms were spacious, very clean, and had comfortable beds that made us feel like we were sleeping on clouds. the breakfast was absolutely amazing with great choices that catered to all tastes. the spa and gym were barely used, and it felt like they were brand new, providing a relaxing experience.

    The pool had expensive head caps for purchase, which came as a surprise to us.

    Enjoyed a festive holiday stay at a hotel that had amazing facilities, including a spacious room and a big and clean pool. The breakfast offered was adequate and pleasing, catering to everyone's needs. The hotel was situated in a key location, providing breathtaking views from the balcony. The staff was professional and welcoming, making our experience enjoyable.

    The staff requires retraining, as there was a rude encounter where there were no cookies available after receiving a complimentary tea/coffee invitation. the hotel forced us to purchase head caps for the pool at an exorbitant price, which was unlike any other five-star hotel we've visited.

    My xmas experience at this hotel was top-notch! the facilities were impressive, with a lovely spa and gym. What's great is that these facilities are not overused, you get the sense of exclusivity. Our room was a pleasant surprise, from the comforting sheets to the fantastic view of the city, it was worth the price. Another plus point is the staff, we felt so welcomed and appreciated from the first call to the check-out. the location of the hotel was superb, allowing us to explore and enjoy the city in every way possible.

    The noisy wedding guests who disturbed our sleep but that was beyond the control of the hotel. our experience at this hotel was fantastic and we highly recommend it!

    The luxurious amenities at this hotel are satisfying, including a spacious room with comfy bedding. the staff is welcoming and professional, and the breakfast is delicious with great choices. the Spa and GYM facilities were brand new and barely used, with a fantastic view from the 15th floor.

    Despite all the positives, I had an issue with noisy guests at a wedding celebration that disturbed my sleep. it did not entirely detract from the overall experience.
